The Clerk of the Court of the Macomb County Circuit Court has a wealth of materials that discuss ADR processes and techniques.  The Clerk of the Court will be happy to provide copies of these materials to you at no cost.

The Supreme Court Administrative Offices (SCAO) has established a Dispute Resolution Department that also has published a collection of materials that discuss ADR processes.  Various forms and educational materials on ADR can be accessed at SCAO’s web site.  http://courts.mi.gov/search/pages/results.aspx?k=alternative%20dispute%20resolution

If your attorney is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association, he or she can access a very informative compilation of ADR processes that was prepared by the Macomb County Bar Association ADR Committee, A Taxonomy of ADR for the Courts.   Also, your attorney may want to contact any member of the ADR Committee to obtain additional information and advice on ADR processes and techniques.   The ADR Committee also maintains an informational web site that is an additional source of information.  http://www.macombbar.org/
